Jellied mushrooms

Ingredients: 100 gr salted mushrooms 2 teaspoons gelatin 1 cup water

For garnish: 1 boiled carrots 1 pickled cucumber 1 boiled potato 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vinegar greens.

Preparation: Add 2-3 tablespoons to the water. tablespoons of brine squeezed from mushrooms, boil, add soaked gelatin in water, dissolve it and strain the liquid. In molds pour a thin layer of jelly, after it hardens, put finely chopped mushrooms, mugs of figured carrots and pour jelly. After the jelly hardens, put it on a dish, on the edges of which put a side dish and sprinkle with herbs.
