White mushroom soup with potatoes

Ingredients: mushrooms – 300 g; potato 3 PCS.; onions – 1 onion; vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon; sour cream – 2 tablespoons (or 1/2 cup of milk); parsley dill, salt – to taste.

Preparation: Rinse mushrooms, chop finely, put in a pan, pour water and boil for 30-40 minutes. Then add diced potatoes, cook until tender, salt and season with fried onions. Before serving put a plate of sour cream, dill and parsley.
