Blue belted webcap
Mushroom from the spiderweb family.
It prefers to grow in deciduous forests, but also occurs in conifers. Loves moist soils, especially if they contain a lot of calcium. Grows in groups. Seasonality – August – September – early October.
Fruiting body – cap and leg.
The hat is up to 8 cm in size, often has a small tubercle. Color – grayish, brown, with a blue tint. May have purple spots around the edges.
The plates under the cap are brown, rare.
The leg of the mushroom with belts, has the shape of a cylinder, up to 10 cm high. It often has a lot of mucus, but in the dry season it dries up completely.
The pulp is dense, odorless, tasteless.
It is considered an inedible mushroom.
In this family, there are many species of mushrooms, which differ in color, structural features of the cap, the presence of rings and blankets.
