Sour Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: 250 g of fresh mushrooms; 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fat or margarine; 1 small onion, 1 tbsp. a spoon of flour salt; 1 liter of water; 1-2 tomatoes or 1 pickle; 0.5 apples; 1-2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream; dill or green onion.
Preparation: Mushrooms cut into cubes and passer in fat, then add onion and flour, lightly brown. Pour with hot water, season and boil for 10-15 minutes. Per add chopped thin several minutes before cooking sliced tomatoes or cucumber and apple. When served in soup put sour cream, sprinkled with herbs.
