Sorcerers with mushrooms

Ingredients: 12 Potatoes, Salt, Ground pepper, 2 tbsp. flour and r / m Minced meat: 40 gr dried mushrooms, 2 heads onions, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, ground pepper

Preparation: Grate raw potatoes on fine grater, squeeze, let the juice settle and gently drain. The starch remaining at the bottom is attached to the potato mass, salt, mix.
