Ingredients: For cooking you it will be required: shiitake (caps) – 400g; garlic – 1 clove; olive oil – 2 tbsp. l .; salt, ground pepper, parsley – to taste; lemon juice to taste.

Preparation: Shiitake caps carefully peel and chop finely. Chop a clove of garlic and stew in olive oil. After adding mushrooms and simmer for about 5 minutes, constantly mixing them. Season mushrooms with salt, pepper, large the amount of chopped parsley and lemon juice. Ready mushrooms served with rice.
