- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l .;
- Rye croutons – 50 g;
- Dill and / or parsley greens – 4 branches;

We put the pickled mushrooms out of the jar, rinse in a large amount of water and put them on a wire rack to drain off excess liquid.

- Smooth the surface of the salad with a spoon and grease with mayonnaise.
- For decoration: cut the second carrot into thin strips, chop the cucumber into cubes, cut olives or olives into thin rings.
- We spread the strips of carrots in the form of a fan, resembling the tail of a firebird.
- Put a chopped cucumber in each feather, decorate the edges with pomegranate seeds and olives.
