In a modern kitchen, it’s acceptable to cook roast only with meat, but also with mushrooms, adding various spices. How to cook roasts in pots with meat and mushrooms

Roasted salted mushrooms and sour cream

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of beef pulp,
  • 500 g of salted champignons,

  • Meat (pork, beef) 500 g

  • Potato 1 kg

  • Sour cream 200 ml.
