For the test:

  • 250 g flour
  • an incomplete glass of warm water or milk,

For filling:

  • 400 g of salted mushrooms,
  • 40 g butter,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1-2 large eggs,
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of boiled rice,
  • pepper,
  • chopped greens of dill or parsley.

Before you make a pie with onions, eggs and mushrooms, you need start the dough: mix yeast with a warm liquid, add salt, butter and flour, knead and put in a warm place to rise. When suitable, roll a ball out of it, then a round cake, which shift to a greased form. Tortilla should be enough large and cover the edges of the mold or pan enough to be above the filling. Grease the dough with vegetable oil and place evenly. a layer of stuffing.

For the filling, rinse the mushrooms in cold water and chop finely. Simmer in oil with chopped onion, add sour cream, rice and chopped eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Pie with leek and mushrooms

For the test:

  • 2½ cups flour
  • 30-40 g of yeast,
  • ½ cup of water
  • 200 g butter or margarine,
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream
  • 1 glass of vodka

For filling:

  • 400 g leek,
  • 100 g of dill,
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g cream
  • champignons or porcini mushrooms,
  • ground pepper and salt to taste.

To prepare a pie with leek and mushrooms in two stages: the dough and stuffing. Chop leek and dill, add hard boiled chopped eggs, finely chopped boiled or fried mushrooms, cream, season with salt and pepper.

Prepare a gingerless yeast dough. Make the cake open with binding from strips of dough, beautifully sliced, or closed with cooled filling.   • Puff pastry 2 layers
  • Champignons 700 g
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Butter 20 g
  • Egg yolk 1 pc.
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Parsley a few twigs
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Mushrooms cut into 4 parts. Chop the parsley. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms with garlic over medium heat for 15 minutes, salt and pepper. Add cream, mix thoroughly, simmer for another 5 minutes, and then sprinkle parsley.

Expand the puff pastry and put it in a baking dish, covered with parchment paper. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places.

Spread the mushroom filling evenly on the pie and cover the second layer of dough, wrapped inside the edge.

Beat egg yolk lightly with a few drops of water, and grease the cake.

Make a small hole with a knife in the center of the cake and bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve the cake warm.

Pancake pie with mushrooms, onions and cheese

To make a pancake pie with mushrooms, onions and cheese, you need to take:

  • – 10-12 thin (or 7-8 thick, from yeast dough) pancakes
  • – 1 kg of champignons
  • – 300 g of cheese
  • – 300-400 g of onions
  • – 2 eggs
  • – 3 cloves of garlic
  • – 120 ml of vegetable oil
  • – 250 g mayonnaise
  • – salt
  • – pepper to taste

  • – 1 pinch of salt
  • – 1 egg yolk

For filling:

  • – 750 g of champignons
  • – 3 tbsp. tablespoons butter
  • – 150 g of ham
  • – 1 bunch of green onions
  • – 150 g sour cream (or mayonnaise)
  • – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of finely chopped parsley
  • – salt
  • – ground white pepper
  1. In order to make a pie with mushrooms and green onions, you need to knead the dough from these ingredients and put it in 30 min refrigerator
  2. Cut champignons into thick slices. 2 tbsp. creamy spoons melt the butter in a large pan and fry mushrooms on it until until all the liquid from them has evaporated.
  3. Grind the ham into cubes. Wash and finely chop green bow.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the ham with the remaining oil. Add onion, simmer for 3-4 minutes

If 3-5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the pie with grated cheese from hard varieties, the cake will get a more spicy taste.

French pie with onions and mushrooms

Ingredients for french onion pie and mushrooms are these products:

  • Flour (premium) – 200 g
  • Butter (for dough 125 g + for frying 2 tablespoons) – 125 g
  • Vegetable oil (for dough) – 20 g
  • Salt (pinch, for dough)
  • Champignons (frozen) – 400 g
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Egg – 3 pcs.
  • Cream (any fat content) – 300 ml
  • Salt (to taste – a pinch)
  • Black pepper (pinch)


  1. In the sifted flour we make a hole, in it we throw slices, soft butter and pour in the vegetable oil. Knead dough.
  2. In a frying pan we heat the butter, pour the mushrooms.   3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  6. Beat eggs with cream. Combine with fried mushrooms.
  7. Pour the omelet with mushrooms into the mold and put in the oven until readiness for about 30-45 minutes.
  8. Garnish the finished pie with parsley.
  9. Serve hot.

Buckwheat pie with mushrooms.


  • flour – 1-1.2 kg
  • warm water – 2 glasses,
  • vegetable oil – 1 cup,
  • yeast – 50 g
  • salt – 1 tsp;

For filling:

  • buckwheat groats (core) – 500 g,
  • dried mushrooms – 50 g,
  • onions – 3 pcs.,
  • salt;

for frying:

  • vegetable oil – 100 g;
  • To grease the cake before baking:
  • strong tea – 2 tbsp. l .;

after baking:

  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l ..

Dissolve the yeast in half a glass of warm water. Knead lean yeast dough, cover with a canvas napkin, put in Warm place for fermentation. Twinkle twice. Split the dough into two parts.
