Ingredients:
150 g linguine, 100 g peeled walnuts, 70 g dried porcini mushrooms, 100 g fresh spinach, 150 ml cream 33% fat content, salt to taste, olive oil for frying. To submit: a few twigs of parsley.
Cooking:
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente, throw in a colander.
