Oyster soup with noodles
Ingredients: oyster mushrooms – 200 g; onion -1 PC.; parsley root – 1 pc.; carrots – 1 pc.; water or chicken broth – 4 glasses; butter 1 tbsp. l .; noodles – 60-80 g; parsley – to taste; salt.
Preparation: Diced onion, boil parsley root and carrots in water or broth. When vegetables almost ready, put mushrooms in small pieces and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Then add separately cooked salt, salt, and season with parsley.
