Mushrooms in sour cream

Ingredients: 500 g fresh mushrooms, 1 teaspoon flour, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup sour cream, 25 g cheese, parsley or dill

Preparation: Mushrooms, peel, rinse, scald with hot water, fold in a colander and let drain water. Cut into slices, salt and fry in oil, add tea a spoonful of flour and mix. Then put sour cream, boil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake. When serving, sprinkle with herbs parsley or dill. (Can be baked in sour cream and canned mushrooms).
