Meat patties with mushroom filling
Once in May, we found several chic champignons, here such:
I don’t really like mushrooms, I generally treat them with some share of mistrust. But these are handsome! Huge and not dry, not worms. Okay, I think I’ll fire it. It was delicious! The recipe is simple:
We make minced meat, as on ordinary cutlets, here it’s like someone more like. We love pork / beef – 50/50, lots of onions, garlic, half a carrot, white bread soaked in milk, salt and pepper, a couple of eggs and a couple of tablespoons of oily sour cream or cream.
Then we make cutlets, laying in each tablespoon perfectly prepared (fried) mushrooms:
We form cutlets, it is possible a traditional form, but you can round.
And fry like ordinary cutlets. I do not use breadcrumbs crackers, roll a little in flour.
Serve with noodles or potatoes.
Or you can just put the patty on a slice of white bread. Super! A lot of calories, fat, bad, very tasty! When stored in The fridge is perfectly warmed up in the microwave.
