Dough:

  • 800 grams of flour;

For filling:

  • 200 grams of dried or 400 grams of fresh mushrooms;

  • 100 grams of boiled rice
  • Pepper and salt to taste

First you need to knead the dough using the ingredients, described above. After that, it is covered with a napkin, and placed in a warm place for fermentation. After raising the dough you need to knead it, wait until it rises a second time, and hug again.

If dried mushrooms are used, they must be carefully rinse, then fill with water and let it brew in order one and a half to two hours. After that, they are boiled and skipped through a meat grinder. The onion is then peeled, washed, finely chopped, and quite a bit fried. Then to him in the pan vegetable oil is added and the whole mixture is fried for 3-5 minutes. Mushrooms with onions are cooled, the rest are added to them ingredients, it all mixes up.
