Mushroom salad 'renaissance'
Ingredients: tomatoes – 500 g; champignons – 60 g; stewed porcini mushrooms – 250 g; onions – 2 pcs.; fillet – 4 herring; milk – one herring; mayonnaise – 1 glass; cottage cheese – 2 tbsp. l .; vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l ..
Preparation: Cut into cubes the herring fillets pre-soaked in milk, porcini mushrooms, boiled and stewed in butter, canned mushrooms, onions and fresh tomatoes, mix everything gently with a fork. Pour with salad dressing, stir gently and chill well. Preparation of the dressing: grind with 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, milk or herring caviar, mix with mayonnaise to taste.
