Mushroom okroshka
Ingredients: Bread kvass – 1.5 l; salted mushrooms – 400 g; potatoes – 250 g; carrots – 50 g; green onions – 100 g; fresh cucumbers – 200 g; sour cream * 200 g, eggs – 2 pcs.; canteen mustard – 20 g; sugar, salt to taste, dill.
Preparation: Wash cold salted mushrooms water, drain to water. Then chop the mushrooms and fresh cucumbers in small cubes, chop green onion. Carrots and potatoes cook unpeeled, cool, peel and dice. Grind the yolks of boiled eggs with ready mustard and a little the amount of sour cream. Chop the protein.
