Mushroom goulash

Ingredients: 750 gr mushrooms, 50 gr bacon, 1 small onion, 1 tablespoon of flour, 250 g of water, salt, ground pepper.

Preparation: Prepared mushrooms (better different) cut into slices 1/2 cm thick. Lard and onion cubes fry, season with mushrooms, salt, sprinkle with flour, red pepper and bring to readiness on fire. The dish gets spicy taste, if supplemented with tomatoes.
