Champignon casserole with cheese.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of champignons,
- 50 g butter,
- 2 onions,
- 200 g sour cream
- 4 tbsp. l breadcrumbs
- 5-6 eggs
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 100 g of hard cheese,
- 1 bunch of dill,
- salt,
- ground pepper to taste.
Cooking method.
Peel onions, cut into thin rings. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Beat the eggs. Wash the dill, chop. Rinse mushrooms, peel, finely chop, mix with onions, salt, pepper and fry in butter for 3 minutes. Then add sour cream and simmer another 3 minutes.
