For cooking you need: – morels (fresh) – 500 g – sour cream – 1 cup – cheese – 25 g – flour – 1 tsp – vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. – salt – to taste – parsley – taste

Preparation: Morels (or caps of morels) peel, rinse and put in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then water drain, rinse the mushrooms in cold water, cut into slices, salt and fry in hot oil. At the end of frying, sprinkle mushrooms with flour, fry again, add sour cream and boil. Sprinkle on top grated cheese, drizzle with butter, bake in the oven until formed golden crust.

Dish decoration: Before serving garnish the mushrooms with finely chopped parsley.
