1. You will need the following herbal collection: 1) Calamus roots – 1 part; 2) Three-leaf watch leaves – 1 part. 2 tablespoons of the collection are poured over 0.5 liters of boiling water, infused for 20 minutes and filtered. Then the infusion is poured into a jar for half a liter of kombucha infusion. After 3 days, the infusion is used to rinse the mouth several times a day.

2. You will need the following herbal collection: 1) Blueberry roots – 2 parts; 2) Blue cornflower flowers – 1 part. 2 tablespoons of the collection are poured over 0.5 liters of water, boiled for 5 minutes and filtered. The resulting infusion is poured into a jar of 0.5 liters of kombucha infusion. After three days, the infusion can be used to rinse the mouth several times a day.

3. You will need the following herbal collection: 1) Black currant fruits – 2 parts; 2) Stinging nettle leaves – 2 parts; 3) Rowan berries – 1 part. 4 tablespoons pour 0.4 liters of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes and filter, then the resulting infusion is poured into a jar for 1 liter of kombucha infusion. After three days, the ready-made infusion is taken orally half a glass 3 times a day after meals.
