We will need: 1 liter of filtered water; 120 ml vegetable oil; 130 ml of 9% acetic acid; 35-40 g of salt, 120 g sugar; 3 medium garlic heads; 4 cloves of cloves; grains black pepper; Bay leaf. Peel the garlic, rub on grater or squeeze through a press. We drop everything in a container with water components of the marinade, except for vinegar and garlic. We send to the stove and wait for boiling, and then we throw mushrooms with the remaining components. Boil over low heat for 7-10 minutes, remove from heat and set aside, to cool. We fill the sterilized jars and, clogging lids, send to the basement.
Another option for preserving butter for the winter with garlic is in the following: for 1 kg of pre-boiled mushrooms you need to take: 750 ml of water; 2 bay leaves; 3 kernels of allspice; 9 peas black pepper; 6 tsp 9% vinegar; 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar; 1 tbsp. l salt. We also need garlic, dried basil, seeds coriander, chili, and horseradish root.
In a pan with water, throw salt, sugar and cook for 5-7 minutes. Further pour vinegar and immediately send the oil there. Boil for 7-10 minutes and fall asleep to taste the remaining seasonings, including grated root horseradish, crushed garlic, coriander, basil, and also finely chopped chili. After boiling the mushrooms in brine, remove from slabs. We spread the oil in the jars, distribute the remaining fill and roll up.
Garlic Butter Caviar Recipe
Another way of seaming for the winter is caviar from butter with garlic. To cook this dish you need to take: 2 kg butter; 1,5 l water; 8 pcs onions; 100 ml of 6% vinegar; fresh young leaves horseradish (1 sheet per jar); 1 small head of garlic (for each banks); sunflower oil; sugar and salt to taste.
We cut the boiled butter in advance into several parts. We pass the chopped onions in a preheated pan. Combine the mushrooms with onions and grind with a blender, or pass through a meat grinder. Stew the finished mass for 15 minutes, pour other spices, except for garlic, and simmer for 10 minutes. In each a sterilized jar at the bottom, lay a young leaf of horseradish and crushed garlic, then fill with caviar.
