Fresh mushroom soup
Ingredients: For cooking you it will be required: honey mushrooms (summer, autumn, winter) – ZOOg; buckwheat groats – 2-3 tbsp; onions – 1 onion; milk – 1/2 cup or 2 tbsp. sour cream; greens, salt – to taste
Preparation: Mushrooms to sort, cut legs, wash, finely chop, put in a pan and cook for 30-40 minutes. Then pour in buckwheat, add chopped rings onions, salt and cook until cereal is ready. Soup season sour cream or milk. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
