Mushroom cream soup for a multicooker
- Champignons – 600 grams;
- Onions – 2 medium heads;
- Potato – 600 grams;
- Cream with a fat content of 10% – 0.2 liters;
- Water – liter;
- Salt
Mushrooms are cut into four parts, and vegetables are cut medium in size cubes.
All ingredients besides salt and cream are located on a bowl slow cookers, filled with water and thoroughly mixed.
The cooker lid closes, the cooking time is an hour.
After ready, the soup is poured into another container, to it cream and salt are added, the whole mixture is whipped with a blender to a homogeneous consistency.
You can serve croutons or croutons to the soup.
