Preparation: Prepare mushrooms, cut into slices. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, add the garlic, let it brown, then put the mushrooms to fry. Reduce heat, pour in white wine, let it evaporate, pour in finely chopped parsley and put on fire for another 5 minutes. Boil noodles in a large amount of salt water * per tooth *, drain water, add mushroom sauce, butter and grated cheese to the noodles.
