Mushroom caviar

Ingredients: 75 g dried mushrooms 1 onion, 60 g butter 1 tablespoon vinegar 1/2 lemon

Preparation: Boil the mushrooms, strain and skip through the meat grinder. Finely chop the onion, fry on vegetable oil, cool, mix with mushrooms, salt, add vinegar and black pepper. Put caviar on a plate and decorate greens and slices of lemon.
