For the recipe you will need: – wheat bread (slices) – 4 pcs. – mushrooms (white, butter) – 5 pcs. – egg – 2 pcs. – milk – 1 cup – onions – 1 pc. – butter – 3 tbsp – flour – 2 tbsp. – sour cream – 2 tbsp. breading crackers – 1 tablespoon, black pepper (ground), salt – in taste, salad (leaves) – 8 pcs.

Preparation: Dip the slices of bread in the mixture. milk and eggs and fry in pieces of butter. Chop mushrooms slices and fry in the remaining oil. Put chopped onion, flour, lightly fry, then add sour cream, salt, pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Place croutons on a greased baking sheet, on top of each slice put the mushroom mass, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

The decoration of the dish: Serve on a platter with green lettuce leaves.
