Ingredients: A slice of fresh mushroom; 1 liter boiled water.

Preparation: Take Chaga full 3 liter jar (grind it with an ax), pour a liter of boiled water, insist 2 days, during this time 4-5 times babbling, then water drain and refrigerate. Remove and chop the mushroom from the jar as small as possible, after which pour 2 liters of water in the same jar 50-60 ° C and put infused for 3 days. After wring out, connect to the first sludge and filter. Drink 2-3 times a day 100-120 ml and drink 100 ml of cow’s milk. Take Chaga in autumn, only brown (by no means white!), and only where saggy birches grow.
