Ceps in the oven

Ingredients: One serving pot: 200 gr. mushrooms, 1 parsley root, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. l flour, 1 tbsp. l butter, 1/4 lemon, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, nutmeg, salt

Preparation: Prepared porcini mushrooms chop coarsely and boil until half cooked, add chopped slices and lightly fried parsley and onions. Slightly pour the toasted flour with mushroom broth, let it boil and remove the foam. Add ground cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, salt, diluted citric acid or lemon juice, nutmeg. Everything put in ceramic pots, close the lid and simmer for about hours.
