Cauliflower salad with mushrooms

Ingredients: Serves 6-8: 250 g cauliflower, cut into inflorescences salt 1 avocado, chopped 125 g mushrooms, chopped 50 g almonds, chopped in half, dried

Dressing: 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 tablespoons sour cream 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 garlic clove, crushed paprika

Preparation: Boil the cabbage in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain and let cool completely. Place in a bowl with mushrooms, avocado and almonds. Combine the ingredients for the dressing, season with salt and paprika to taste. Pour over vegetables and stir. Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with chives.
