Carrot salad with mushrooms

Ingredients: 4 carrots; 2 onions; 50 ml of vegetable oil; 300-400 gr of mushrooms; 1 clove of garlic; salt to taste.

Preparation: 1. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. 2. Mushrooms (champignons or oyster mushrooms), rinse, peel and cut into cubes, kami. Fry lightly in a pan (10 minutes). Mix everything, add a clove of crushed garlic, salt. You can season with sour cream or mayonnaise, add a few drops of lemon juice. Serve cold.
