Ingredients: oyster mushrooms (legs) – 500 g; bow onion – 4-5 pcs.; flour – 500 g; sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. l .; vinegar – to taste; salt.
Preparation: Boil fresh legs for 1-2 hours, mince, stew with onions on vegetable oil. From the minced meat make dumplings, which put in a mushroom broth, after adding 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour. Season the prepared soup with vinegar and salt to taste.
