Bean soup with mushrooms

Ingredients: bean puree – 1.5 kg; cream – half a glass; egg – 2 pcs.; butter – 2 tbsp. l .; peas – 100 g; fresh mushrooms – 100 g.

Preparation: Beans, sorted and washed, add water, salt and cook until tender, then wipe through a sieve along with a decoction. Fill with butter and cream, put fresh green peas, boiled separately in water, and fresh mushrooms, boiled and diced. Garnish in the soup when serving.
