Baked potatoes in a foil with mushrooms

Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces.

Chop the onion – it’s better to do it in large half rings so that it not burnt during frying.

In vegetable oil, fry (until half-cooked!) Mushrooms with onion, add flour at the end and, thoroughly mixing, fry everything together for another 5 minutes.

Grease a deep pan with vegetable oil, put it here chopped potatoes, and on top – mushrooms with onions.

Pour in cream or sour cream mixed with marjoram and Provencal herbs, salt, pepper and put in the oven.

Bake over low heat until potatoes are cooked.

Stir several times during cooking the contents of the pan. You should also try to see if there is enough salt. If not enough – add.

  • Boneless beef or pork – about 1 kilogram;
  • Onions – 2 heads;
  • Potatoes – about 1.5 kilograms;
  • Champignons or oyster mushrooms – 500 grams;
  • Hard cheese – 300 grams;
  • Mayonnaise – 250 grams;
  • Ground black pepper – about 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Lyuba ready seasoning for frying meat – about 1 tablespoon a spoon;
  • Salt – 3-4 pinches;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons.

First, prepare the meat, cut it into pieces. I usually cut into cubes, about two or three centimeters, sprinkle with seasoning for fry meat, mix everything thoroughly, cover, let insists. Then wash and peel all vegetables. Chopped onion finely enough as for making soup. Potato is better chop thin circles or long whetstones. Mushrooms cut into plates.

  • Mustard 1 tsp (12 g)
  • Tomato 1 tbsp
  • Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Fresh champignons 3 pcs. (75 g)
  • Onion 1 pc. (120 g)
  • Hard cheese 100 g
  • Vegetable oil for lubrication 1 tbsp. (17 g)
  • Salt pepper

Cut the meat into 3 parts in portions or into pieces as for chop, wash the resulting pieces. You can also cook marinade, pickled meat will be much tastier, but if you don’t know how to pickle it correctly, then follow the steps of the recipe. For the dish, chicken, turkey or pork meat is suitable.

Mix sour cream, tomato, mustard, oregano and 1/3 teaspoon of salt (or to taste). Meat from 2 sides pepper, salt and grease the resulting marinade. We send meat to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Quarter rings peeled onions, and pure tomato in circles. Mushrooms thoroughly wash and cut into plates.

Cut the foil so that it can be laid meat and cover it. Lubricate the part of the foil that is located on bottom of the mold with butter. Put the beef on it. Every piece should lie close to each other. Put potatoes on top. Over put the potatoes in layers: onion, mushrooms and tomato.

We turn on the oven, the temperature is 190 degrees.
